What's included in the Free plan vs the Project planner plan, and how billing and upgrades work.
B2B Wishlist Project Planner has two plans. Both are billed through Shopify, so there is no separate account or payment method to manage.
Free
Everything customers need to build and share project wishlists:
- Unlimited wishlists / projects per customer
- Subgroups to organize by room, phase, or area
- Per-item quantities and Add All to Cart
- Shareable wishlist links
- Custom colors and terminology (rename "Wishlist" to "Project", etc.)
- Merchant dashboard of every customer wishlist
Project planner — $29/month
Everything in Free, plus the B2B selling tools:
- Export branded PDF quotes and estimates from any wishlist
- Convert customer wishlists into draft orders for custom pricing, shipping quotes, or assisted checkout
The Project planner plan comes with a 14-day free trial.
Changing your plan
- Open the app in your Shopify admin
- Click Billing in the app navigation
- Pick a plan on the Shopify-hosted plan page
Upgrades take effect immediately. On the Free plan, the Export PDF and Create Draft Order actions in the app admin are disabled and show an upgrade prompt.
