Convert a customer's wishlist into an editable draft order for custom pricing, shipping quotes, or assisted checkout.
Merchants can convert any customer wishlist into a Shopify draft order. This is useful for:
- Providing custom shipping quotes for large orders
- Applying custom discounts or pricing
- Assisting customers with checkout
Project planner plan required
Draft order conversion is part of the Project planner plan ($29/month, 14-day free trial). On the Free plan the button is disabled — upgrade from Billing in the app navigation. See Plans, pricing & billing.
Creating a Draft Order

In your Shopify admin, open the B2B Wishlist Project Planner app

Go to the Customer Wishlists tab

Search for the customer by email or wishlist name, then click on the wishlist

Click Create Draft Order in the top right corner

The draft order opens in Shopify where you can edit it, add discounts, or send an invoice to the customer
