Branded PDF quotes
Add your logo (from your Shopify files), colors, header and footer text to the PDF quotes exported from wishlists, choose which fields print, and include product or variant metafields.
Every wishlist can be exported as a PDF: from the app's admin (the Export PDF action on a wishlist) and by customers from the storefront Projects page. The PDF is built from the live wishlist, and its look comes from one settings page in the app.
Where the settings are
- In your Shopify admin, open the B2B Wishlist Project Planner app
- Click Settings in the app navigation
- Under PDF Export, click Configure PDF Export
You can also open it directly at /settings/pdf-export inside the app.
Settings is a different page from Wishlist Settings, which configures the storefront widgets. The PDF options live only under Settings → PDF Export.
Branding
- Logo: click Choose logo to pick one of the images already in your Shopify files, or upload a new one from your computer (it is saved to your Shopify files too). PNG or JPEG; a wide logo around 200 × 80 px works best.
- Header text: your company name or a tagline, printed under the logo.
- Footer text: address, terms or contact details, printed at the bottom of every page.
- Document title: the heading at the top of the PDF, for example "Quote", "Estimate" or "Project list".
- Primary color and Secondary color: hex colors. Primary drives the title, the table header and the totals; secondary is used for labels and subtle text.
What prints
Toggle each of these on or off:
- Show product images
- Show prices: line prices and the subtotal. Turn this off for a plain pick list.
- Show SKU
- Show product groups: the room or group badges customers assigned
Product and variant metafields
Up to three metafields can print under each product, for example dimensions, lead time or material. For each one choose the Type (product or variant metafield), enter the Key as namespace.key (for example custom.lead_time) and a Display label that will appear on the PDF. Find a metafield's namespace and key in your Shopify admin under Settings → Custom data.
Click Save. The next PDF exported from any wishlist uses the new settings; nothing is cached.
Choosing a logo needs the file permissions added to the app in October 2026. If the picker says the store has not granted file access, reopen the app from your Shopify admin, approve the updated permissions, and try again.
PDF export is part of the Project planner plan. See Plans and billing.

Share emails: your domain, your branding, your words
Share emails are sent by the app on your customer's behalf. Send them from your own verified domain, reuse your PDF logo and colors, edit the subject, intro and button, and let customers add a personal note.
